  1、毛豆50克,花椒15粒,精鹽适量。

  2、制作過程:将毛豆洗淨,瀝去水汾,挑選飽滿個大的,用剪刀去兩端的尖角,(為使毛豆進味)。将剪好的毛豆放入鍋中,放花椒和精鹽,加清水至與毛豆平,用旺火加蓋煮20分鐘後撈出,裝盤。
