  1、将大頭菜切成絲。将雞蛋打到碗裡,放少許鹽,打散。将牛肉切丁。

  2、放入蛋液中調勻。下油鍋炸制金黃色。盛出來備用。

  3、用餘油煸炒大頭菜。此後倒入牛肉丁一起翻炒均勻。

  4、盛入盤中。面澆頭就做好啦。用湯鍋将面煮熟,撈到飯碗裡。

  5、将做好的澆頭倒在面上,就可以趁熱吃了。
