  1、主料:裙帶菜(幹)200g;調料:食鹽适量、蔥适量、蒜适量、辣椒油1勺、白醋适量。

  2、泡好的裙帶菜。買的時候都是鹽壓着的,回家後,清水洗淨,切成小段!

  3、洗淨,切好的裙帶菜入開水中焯一下!速度要快,要不然就爛了!

  4、焯好後的裙帶菜,過涼水,控幹水份,入盆中,加入切好的蔥絲,蒜泥,鹽,辣椒油,白醋,拌均,裝盤。
