  1、準備韭菜50克、小麥粉30克、雞蛋60克、油8毫升、鹽2克。

  2、韭菜摘洗幹淨,備好雞蛋。

  3、韭菜切碎,雞蛋磕入容器中,加面粉,适量鹽再加适量水攪拌均勻,加韭菜攪拌均勻。

  4、鍋燒熱倒油,雞蛋糊倒入鍋中煎,雞蛋糊成型後翻面煎另一面,煎熟即可盛出切塊享用。
