  1、材料:牛肋條肉800克,莴筍400克,蔥5克,姜6克,味精5克,番茄醬。

  2、牛肉洗淨,切成3厘米見方的塊。蔥切段、姜切片。将莴筍去皮洗淨,用小圓勺模具挖成圓球形,用開水燙一下。

  3、将牛肉放來沸水中煮透撈出,洗淨血水。

  4、将鍋燒熱放油20克,下牛肉,加蔥、姜、料酒煸炒,再放鹽、糖、清水。

  5、待牛肉燒爛時,另取鍋放油80克,下番茄醬炒透,将牛肉連湯一起倒入鍋内,燒開将汁收濃,淋入香油,盛入盤内,将燙過的莴筍球擺在盤子周圍即可。
