  1、将臘魚放在水裡面泡一段時間,等魚軟了以後,瀝幹水分。

  2、準備好蔥姜蒜,辣椒,

  3、倒入油,七分油熟後倒入蔥姜蒜将鍋爆香後撈出。

  4、再放油,将魚放進去,煎至金黃色倒入炒好的蔥姜蒜,放少許水,水開後出鍋即可。
