  1、原料:蔥2支、油2湯匙、姜1塊、牛肉半斤、香菜少許、紅椒2支、綠豆芽半斤。調味料:醋1湯匙、醬油2湯匙、麻油1湯匙。

  2、牛肉逆紋切薄片,浸入冷水中泡去血水。綠豆芽摘根洗淨,入滾水中氽燙至熟,瀝幹盛入盤中墊底。

  3、蔥、姜、紅椒(去籽)切細絲,泡入冷水開水中10分鐘,以除辛辣味。香菜菜切碎。

  4、牛肉入滾水中氽熟,瀝出盛放于豆芽之上,倒下調味料,放上蔥、姜、紅椒絲及香菜,再将色拉油燒滾,澆倒蔥姜絲上即可。
