  1、食材準備:豬肉,木耳,黃瓜,雞蛋,胡蘿蔔,澱粉,鹽,雞精,生抽。

  2、木耳泡發;

  3、黃瓜,胡蘿蔔去皮切片;

  4、豬肉切片;豬肉片加少許生抽腌制半個小時,腌好後用澱粉裹勻;

  5、木耳焯水瀝幹;雞蛋打散,入鍋炒熟;鍋中倒油,下豬肉片快速炒熟即可盛出備用;

  6、熱油。下黃瓜和胡蘿蔔炒幾分鐘,再将肉片,雞蛋,木耳倒入一起翻炒;

  7、加少許鹽和雞精,炒熟後即可出鍋。
