  制做羊肉湯的辦法:

  1、準備羊肋排,沖洗一下,切小段;

  2、鍋裡放水,燒至水熱時,放入羊肉焯水;

  3、煮至羊肉浮起,倒掉煮羊肉的水,用清水沖洗一下羊肋排;

  4、鍋中放足夠的水,大火上鍋,開始煮;

  5、水開後轉中小火,大約煮一個半小時,煮至羊肉用筷子一插,很輕松的插入的時候即可;

  6、準備蔥花、香菜末,碗裡翻入适量的蔥花、香菜末,沖入沸騰的羊肉湯;

  7、放适量的鹽、白胡椒粉調味即完成。
