  1、準備材料:姜500g、紅辣椒500g、蒜50g。生姜洗淨,去皮,瀝幹水分。

  2、切成厚片。

  3、放适量鹽腌制片刻。

  4、放入剁椒,拌均勻。

  5、大蒜去皮,切成碎末。和生姜、剁椒放在一起。

  6、拌均勻即可吃了,放上2天口感更好。
