  1、腐竹溫水泡開,切段,攥幹水份備用。

  2、辣豆瓣醬,青椒切塊備用。

  3、鍋内放油,放入攥幹的腐竹,炸至表面金黃撈出,瀝幹油份備用。

  4、鍋内少許油,爆香蔥姜,放入一大匙豆瓣醬炒勻。

  5、放入炸好的腐竹和青椒翻炒1分鐘,加一點點鹽和雞精出鍋即可。
