  1、原料:低粉100g,全麥粉20g,雞蛋液25g,黃油40g,紅糖40g。

  2、黃油切塊,無需軟化;

  3、全麥粉,低粉混合篩入黃油碗裡;

  4、戴一次性手套,将黃油與面粉搓成細沙顆粒狀;

  5、加入紅糖、鹽再次搓均勻;

  6、多搓一會兒,再加入雞蛋液、蜂蜜;

  7、和成光滑的面團;

  8、蓋上保鮮膜,放入冰箱冷藏1小時;

  9、擀成0.5厘米厚的薄片;

  10、去掉邊角,切成想要的形狀;

  11、烤盤鋪上錫紙,均勻擺放在烤盤上;

  12、烤箱預熱,上下火170度烤15分鐘左右即可。
