  1、準備材料:杏鮑菇3個、五花肉末适量、雞蛋5個、餃皮适量、蔥、姜、鹽、糖、料酒、黑胡椒粉适量;

  2、五花肉、蔥姜洗淨切末,肉末中加蔥末、姜末、黑胡椒粉、料酒、2個雞蛋攪拌均勻,腌入味;

  3、杏鮑菇洗淨切成小丁放入腌漬好的肉餡攪拌均勻,攪拌好後加入鹽、一點點糖、打3個雞蛋攪拌均勻;

  4、餃子皮放入餡料包成餃子,擺放在蒸屜,蒸鍋放水大火煮開,放入蒸屜,大火蒸15分鐘,取出晾涼即可。
