  1、取一小碗面粉,然後一碗水,調成略稀一些的面糊,裡面打1個雞蛋、一小勺鹽約5克,蔥花,調成糊狀即可。

  2、平底鍋燒熱,放一小勺油,然後倒入一湯勺面糊,晃動鍋至平就可以了,稍炕一會,改小火,餅身可以平穩晃動就可以翻面了。翻過來再炕個1分鐘就可以出鍋了,喜歡再脆一點的多炕一會。

  3、這個餅可以很多搭配,裡面抹上番茄醬、放上芝士片,配上生菜等。
