香煎叉燒醬雞腿

  1、雞腿洗幹淨,用鋒利的刀從中間劃一刀,小心的将雞腿肉完全的去骨。

  2、将雞腿肉放在保鮮盒中,加入姜片蒜片,再加入3湯匙叉燒醬和半湯匙至1湯匙的蚝油,拌勻。蓋上保鮮盒,放入冰箱中腌制12小時以上。

  3、平底鍋放少許油加熱後,改小火,放入雞腿慢煎并不時的用鍋鏟壓住雞腿肉以使腿肉能完全受熱成熟,最後煎至全熟,再倒入腌制剩餘的叉燒醬汁轉大火收汁,然後切成小塊裝盤即可。
