  1、準備材料:西紅柿3個、肥牛200克、生抽适量、糖适量、蚝油适量、面餅2個、雞蛋1個;

  2、西紅柿劃十字放入鍋中煮一下,撈出西紅柿去皮切丁,煎一個雞蛋,肥牛焯水煮熟;

  3、鍋裡倒少許油,放入切碎的番茄翻炒一下,倒入清水,加生抽、耗油、鹽和糖煮開,下面餅,放入牛肉、煎蛋煮開,盛出晾涼即可。
