炸火腿腸的做法

  1、原料:火腿腸3條、雞蛋2個。調料:豆油500克(實耗油50克)、食鹽15克、白糖5克、幹生粉适量。

  2、先把火腿腸切成厚片,存放在碗内待用。

  3、把雞蛋打散,加入适量食鹽、白糖、幹生粉調成雞蛋糊。再将切好的火腿腸片放入攪拌均勻。

  4、倒油入鍋,油溫燒至100度時,把火腿腸每片挂上蛋糊,放入油鍋内炸至金黃即成。
