  1、材料:秋葵、小蔥、生抽、油、鹽。

  2、秋葵洗淨,切斜片。鍋裡煮水,可加兩小勺鹽,等水沸後放入秋葵,沸水中灼2-3分鐘。

  3、漏勺撈出秋葵裝盤,淋上适量生抽,秋葵上放蔥末。熱鍋熱油,油熱後淋在小蔥和秋葵上即可完成。
