  1、主料:糯米面200克3人份;輔料:發酵粉2克,泡打粉少許,小蘇打少許,豆油适量。

  2、糯米面加入發酵粉,小蘇打,泡打粉,适量溫水和成面團,醒發一小時。

  3、将面條取出按扁放入豆沙餡,做成小餅。

  4、鍋中放入豆油六成熱放入炸糕,炸至兩面金黃。

  5、裝入盤中,撒上白砂糖,椰蓉即可。外酥裡軟。
