  1、主料:羊肉200克、紅蘿蔔1根。輔料:鹽1克、蔥2克、醬油1克、澱粉2克、酵母2克。

  2、準備好食材。面粉加入酵母和成面團,放溫暖處發至兩倍大;再擀成餃子皮;

  3、羊肉剁碎。

  4、加入切碎的紅蘿蔔和蔥。

  5、加鹽,醬油和澱粉攪拌均勻。

  6、在包成餃子,蒸熟即可。
