  1、将粿條放于煮開了的沸水中燙了片刻。

  2、用多孔的“飯籬”将它撈起,倒在碗裡。

  3、泡上煮開的骨湯及放下配料魚露、肉茸、味精及冬菜、芫荽、蔥等,加上肉片或肉丸、豬肝、蚝仔、鮮蝦肉、墨魚丸、牛肉丸等,就成為一碗很爽口的粿條湯了。
