  1、韭菜洗淨切末。雞蛋打散備用。

  2、首先鍋内倒油,油熱倒入雞蛋液,放入食鹽,炒散盛出備用。

  3、然後将韭菜末倒入容器中,倒入适量油攪拌均勻。

  4、接着把雞蛋放入容器,再加入糖、生抽繼續攪拌均勻。最後盛入盤中即可。
