  1、蝦粥。材料:沙蝦一斤,米100g,鹽适量,生菜、香菜各一根。

  2、做法:沙蝦剝皮去頭留肉備用。

  3、香菜、生菜洗淨切寸短。

  4、砂鍋放水燒開,放入洗淨的米大火煮開到改中火煮米熟放入蝦仁燒開,改小火燒,大火燒得時候一定要開蓋燒煮到米粘稠時,放鹽調味,關火放入香菜和生菜。
