  1、準備幾個蘿蔔,将蘿蔔洗幹淨,然後削皮,将蘿蔔切片,把蘿蔔片全部放進盆裡。

  2、往盆裡倒鹽,攪拌均勻,腌制半個小時殺出水分。

  3、切三四個辣椒,将蘿蔔再次洗淨瀝幹,倒入米醋,加入白糖、辣椒、2勺白醋,5勺醬油,1勺白糖調成汁。

  4、将瀝幹水分的白蘿蔔和姜蒜紅椒一起裝入瓶中再放入調好的酸汁淹過密封好。

  5、放冰箱冷藏一天後即可食用。
