  1、熟雞蛋除去機殼,取下雞蛋黃,剁碎末,預留。

  2、火鍋中倒進适當的冷水煮沸、倒進米碎,用火煮至小米粒成粘稠,轉文火,倒進一部分雞蛋黃末,再添加少量鹽攪拌均勻,煮一會兒進味。

  3、熄火後盛出煮好的糊糊,裝在碗中,撒上剩下的雞蛋黃末裝點就可以。
