  1、用料:排骨500克、酸菜500克、清水2500克、蔥1/2棵、姜2片、花椒5、6粒、大料1個、鹽3克

  2、排骨切段,涼水下鍋,水沸後撇去浮沫,盛出備用;

  3、鍋中倒入清水,放入蔥、姜、花椒、大料;

  4、水将沸時放入焯過水的排骨,大火煮沸,小火繼續煮約10分鐘;

  5、酸菜片成薄片,切細絲放入鍋中,煮約30分鐘;

  6、粉絲泡軟,放入鍋中煮一兩分鐘,加鹽調味即可。
