  1、把新鮮的大蝦,剪掉蝦須和蝦爪子,用牙簽把蝦線從蝦背挑出來。

  2、蔥、姜切絲,蒜切碎備用。

  3、鍋中放油,把洗幹淨的蝦倒入鍋中翻炒。

  4、變色後,放姜蔥蒜,翻炒片刻。放鹽和料酒兩顆冰糖、醋,适量水,焖一下。

  5、收汁出鍋。
