  1、原料:鮮草莓8個、薏米50克、原味酸奶200克。

  2、薏米洗淨後加水浸泡2個小時,然後放入鍋中煮熟至軟爛。

  3、煮好的薏米撈出,晾涼;将洗淨的草莓去蒂切成小塊。

  4、将薏米、草莓塊、酸奶全部放入攪拌機中,攪拌均勻即可,無需加糖。
