  1、肉皮去淨肥肉和毛,涼水下鍋煮5分鐘後,撈出。

  2、用刀清除肉皮上的油脂與污物,然後切成寬條。

  3、肉皮入鍋并加入老抽上色,出醬油味後倒入水(剛剛莫過肉皮即可),依自己口味放入适量冰糖和鹽。

  4、燒開後小火煮大約20分鐘左右,用筷子插入很輕松穿過,開大火,收下汁即可。
