  1、取蔥适量備用;将蔥頭部分切下來備用;準備好自制的稀辣醬備用;去掉蔥頭的根須,洗淨蔥頭。

  2、将刀和砧闆洗淨,将蔥頭切成沫後裝在盤中備用;加入适量食鹽;加入适量稀辣醬;用筷子攪拌均勻;腌制一小時左右,蔥頭腌好後,就可以享用了。
