  1、紅燒肉炖粉絲的用料:五花肉500g、香菇若幹、粉絲若幹、蒜葉、冰糖、八角、鹽少許。

  2、切肉,綽水,鍋燒熱把肉倒入,煸出油,我不太喜歡油太多,把油倒出一部分。

  3、把肉盛出,油留鍋中,放入冰糖,炒糖色,放入肉。放肉八角,煸炒,放入生抽老抽煸炒一會,把香菇倒入煸炒一會。倒入開水,與菜平行,大火燒開,小火慢炖,半小時後放點鹽,倒入粉絲,粉絲放上面,大火收汁,出鍋放蒜葉。
