  1、材料:幹河粉150g,圓白菜50g,廣味香腸2根,骨湯适量,老幹媽豆豉醬1勺,食用油适量,洋蔥半個,鹽5g,蘑菇精,生抽;

  2、幹河粉放在水裡浸泡5個小時以上;

  3、蔬菜洗淨,洋蔥切碎,圓白菜切絲,廣味香腸斜切成片;

  4、炒鍋放入食用油,油熱之後加洋蔥碎,煸炒出香後,放入菜絲和香腸,翻炒至熟;

  5、加入泡好的河粉,鍋鏟和筷子并用,翻炒入味,再添上生抽和一大勺骨湯,蓋鍋蓋焖上約1分鐘,待河粉變軟入味,撒上适量的鹽、蘑菇精,加入豆豉醬,混合攪拌出香,即可裝盤食用了。
