  1、材料:紅棗10顆、牛奶150ml、吉利丁粉10g。

  2、将紅棗洗淨,煮10-15分鐘,剝皮剔核;将紅棗肉和煮紅棗的水(約50ml)和50ml牛奶加入料理機,攪打均勻;用100ml冷牛奶浸泡吉利丁粉2分鐘。将紅棗漿和加了吉利丁粉的牛奶一起加熱,至吉利丁粉完全溶解;将混合好的液體倒入保鮮盒(可以鋪一層保鮮膜,便于脫模),放入冰箱冷藏4小時,脫模,用蝴蝶面刀切成花型即可。
