  1、碗裡準備牛奶100克,細砂糖25克,雞蛋兩個。攪勻打散。

  2、再加淡奶油65克,再次攪拌均勻。

  3、将蛋撻液過篩倒量杯中。倒入蛋撻皮九分滿。

  4、放入預熱好的烤箱200度。

  5、烘烤25分鐘左右。取出即可食用。
