酸菜魚怎麼做才更好吃

  1、原料:黑魚600克,泡酸菜100克泡紅辣椒25克,泡仔姜、蔥花各15克,花椒3克,蒜5克,精鹽4克,料酒10克,肉湯500克,熟菜油500克。

  2、将魚兩面各切3份,酸菜搌幹水分,切成細絲,泡紅辣椒剁碎,泡姜切成粒;

  3、炒鍋置中火上,下熟菜油燒至六成熱,放入魚炸呈黃色時撈出;

  4、鍋内留油,放入泡紅辣椒、姜、蔥花,再摻入肉湯,将魚放入湯内。

  5、湯沸後移至小火上,放入泡酸菜,燒約10分鐘,盛入盤。
