  1、材料:鲳魚2條、生姜、大蒜5克、幹紅尖椒2個、蔥、白糖2克、醬油2茶匙、料酒2茶匙、油、鹽适量。

  2、鲳魚去除内髒後洗淨,在側面劃幾刀,用少許鹽和1茶匙料酒腌制15分鐘。大蒜、生姜分别切片,蔥切蔥花,紅尖椒切圈。

  3、鍋中放油燒熱,放入鲳魚,用小火将兩面都煎至金黃。

  4、放入蒜片、姜片、紅尖椒圈,再加入料酒、醬油和适量清水,小火煮至熟透,放入白糖和鹽調味,裝盤時撒上蔥花即可。
