  1、材料:豬腰450克,黃瓜150克,水發香菇、紅辣椒各25克,精鹽3克,味精2克,醋5克,香油、花椒油各15克,辣椒油10克。

  2、将治淨的黃瓜、紅椒切成象眼片。香菇切兩半。豬腰子撕去外皮,用刀從中間一片兩半,片去腰臊洗淨,直剞交叉花刀,切成塊。

  3、鍋内放水燒開,分别将黃瓜、紅辣椒快速氽燙後撈出,投涼。另将香菇、腰花下入沸水鍋中焯熟撈出,投涼。

  4、将腰花、黃瓜片、香菇、紅辣椒放入容器内,加放精鹽、味精、醋拌勻,再放入香油、辣椒油拌勻即成。
