魚塊怎麼做好吃又簡單

  1、把整條魚分成二次來做,頭用來做魚頭豆腐湯,肉用來做紅燒魚塊。先把魚刮去魚鱗,去掉魚肚子裡的東西,再切成塊備用。

  2、把生姜和大蒜籽都去皮切成片,香蔥切成段。

  3、再把魚塊放在碗裡,加一勺醬油,少量雞粉和五香粉,一勺面粉,一小勺鹽,攪拌均勻腌制十分鐘。

  4、鍋燒五成熱放少量花生油,把魚塊放下去慢火煎至二面焦黃為止。再把配料都放下去,再調制一小碗澱粉水倒進去,煮至收汁即可。
