  1、原料:豬肉200克,青椒100克,精鹽4克,味精0.5克,醬油5克,水豆粉30克,鮮湯35克,豬油75克。  

  2、做法:青椒摘洗幹淨,切成約3毫米粗的絲,淘洗去籽。豬肉切10厘米長、3毫米粗的二粗絲,放入碗内,加鹽、水豆粉拌勻。鹽、醬油、味精、水豆粉、鮮湯兌成芡汁。青椒入鍋加适量油、鹽炒至斷生盛盤。

  3、炒鍋置旺火上,放油燒至六成熱,下肉絲炒散籽,放青椒炒勻,烹入芡汁,翻炒幾下起鍋裝盤即成。
