  1、食材:白菜200克、黃豆芽100克、綠豆芽100克、豆腐100克、蝦仁50克、姜5克、蔥5克、蒜3克、素油30克、鹽5克。

  2、把白菜洗淨,切5厘米長的段;黃豆芽、綠豆芽洗淨,去須根;豆腐洗淨,切5厘米見方的塊;蝦仁洗淨;姜切片,蔥切段,蒜去皮切片。

  3、把鍋置武火上燒熱,加入素油燒六成熟時,下入姜、蔥、蒜爆香,加入清水1000克,下入豆芽、豆腐、蝦仁、鹽,用武火燒沸,文火煮25分鐘即成。
