牛肉炒土豆絲怎麼炒

  材料:土豆絲300克、胡蘿蔔一根、青蒜兩根、牛肉100克、植物油、鹽、雞精、老抽、生粉、胡椒适量。

  做法:

  1、土豆絲改刀切成絲;

  2、胡蘿蔔切圓片後用餅幹切壓成小花狀;

  3、青蒜去蒂洗淨後切成段;

  4、牛肉切片加适量老抽、鹽、生粉、水拌勻,腌制5-10分鐘;

  5、鍋内倒入适量植物油,大火燒至八成熱時,下入牛肉扒熟;

  6、将肉盛起,将扒肉的油倒入炒鍋内,大火燒辣後下入胡蘿蔔、青蒜爆炒至出香;

  7、然後下入豆絲翻炒,加入兩勺鹽、少量水炒勻,然後不停翻炒至豆絲表皮有些許帶焦;

  8、最後下入牛肉炒勻,起鍋時加适量雞精、胡椒粉調味,炒勻即可出鍋。
