  1、主要食材:莴筍頭,水發黑木耳。

  2、輔料:食用油、鹽、醋、雞精。

  3、莴筍頭去皮切片,黑木耳切絲。

  4、起鍋放少許油,先炒黑木耳絲,放适當鹽炒至木耳入味,再下入莴筍片翻炒,待莴筍片變色後再放入足量的鹽、滴少許醋,繼續翻炒半分鐘,放雞精稍作翻動即可出鍋。
