  1、鍋中倒入植物油20ml,燒熱,放入泡姜片15克、紅辣椒50克、豆瓣醬20克、老姜50克炸2分鐘,然後放入蒜瓣10瓣、花椒20克再炸2分鐘,倒入雞湯,煮10分鐘。

  2、接着放入白糖20克、食鹽15克、味精5克、胡椒面5克,燒開,去掉表面的浮沫,麻辣燙的底料就做好。

  3、将所有底料撈出,留下湯汁,把自己準備好的麻辣燙食材都放進去煮熟即可。
