豆腐炖小白菜

  1、主料:小白菜250克,北豆腐150克。調料:大蔥10克,姜5克,味精2克,鹽4克,香油5克,花生油20克

  2、小白菜去黃葉洗淨,切成段;

  3、将豆腐切成2厘米見方的塊,放入開水中氽透,撈出,用涼水沖涼,瀝幹水分;

  4、将花生油入鍋燒熱,投入蔥花、姜末煸香;

  5、加入精鹽、250克黃豆芽湯、豆腐燒開,撇去浮沫,再放入小白菜慢炖四五分鐘,淋上麻油,起鍋裝碗即可。
