  1、食材:蒜苗1把、酒1湯匙、豬肉半磅、蚝油1湯匙、油4湯匙、糖1茶匙、薑1塊、生抽1湯匙、鹽1茶匙。

  2、蒜苗切成小段備用。

  3、豬肉切成片後加入鹽,生抽和料酒。腌15分鐘。

  4、燒熱油鍋爆香姜絲。

  5、加入肉翻炒。

  6、加入蒜苗炒到斷生後加糖和蚝油就可以了。
