怎樣炖草魚好吃又簡單

  1、主料:草魚一條。配料:蔥,姜,蒜,醬油,料酒,醋,食鹽,味精,食用油,花椒,大料。

  2、将魚洗淨,去除内髒,把魚頭切下輕拍魚背取出魚線,打花刀并切段;

  3、蔥切段,姜切片;

  4、将切好的蔥、姜、蒜和醬油、料酒、醋、食鹽、味精、花椒,加水兌成碗汁;

  5、炒鍋上火待鍋熱加入油,放入大料爆香,将魚放入鍋内煎一下,倒入準備好的碗汁;

  6、鍋開後用小火炖25-30分鐘,将湯汁收濃即可。
