  1、首先将螺洗淨。

  2、接着将它在80℃熱水鍋中氽一下。

  3、随後把它取出用竹簽挑出螺肉,洗淨污漬(特别螺頭部泥漬)。

  4、最後清水燒佛,将洗淨的螺肉下鍋氽一下放碗中。

  5、加蒜米及各種調料拌勻,裝盤即成。
