  1、生豬肉皮徹底去掉肥油,背面刮幹淨,去豬毛備用。

  2、然後把豬皮洗幹淨,然後放到外面晾幹。

  3、晾至顔色變成棕色,肉皮抽巴,肉皮上還帶些油脂即可。

  4、起鍋倒入适量的食用油燒熱。

  5、油5成熱時,把豬皮放進去炸,炸至豬皮均勻的起很多大大小小的白泡即可。

  6、準備一個幹淨無水的容器,把炸好的豬皮盛出即可。
