  1、不喝鮮奶喝酸奶,鮮奶經乳酸菌發酵後,大部分乳糖被乳酸菌分解了,可以明顯減輕乳糖不耐受者的症狀。

  2、不要空腹喝奶可以在吃飯時或飯後1小時内喝奶,也可以在喝奶的同時佐以谷類(如饅頭、餅幹、面包等)或肉蛋類食物。這樣可以“稀釋”乳糖的濃度,減輕不耐受的症狀。
