  1、南瓜确實有很多好處,如能量比較低,或者含糖量比精白米面要少,但是絕對不能過分誇大。吃南瓜本身不降血糖,多吃反而會使血糖升高的更快。

  2、南瓜營養豐富,含有豐富的礦物質、維生素,甚至還有一些膳食纖維。糖尿病患者可以吃南瓜,但是要替換一部分主食。
